Understandably, great leadership requires WILL,
strength of character, determination,
not deviating from a discerned direction.
It simultaneously requires HUMILITY.
What? Knowing who you truly are before God.
Jesus, meek and humble of heart,
teach me true humility
in all my calls in life.
