and notice the pain, suffering and injustice . . .”*
around us.
Holy Spirit,
Guide and Guardian of My Soul,
remind me to “stand still.”
Teach me to notice what is before me
and around me.
Help me give full attention to another.
Give me vision to see you in need
or to hear you speaking
in whomever I encounter.
Let me open my heart generously
and give whatever I might be able to share.
Amen.
