Given personal, familial, national
and world urgencies,
how should we pray?
Hopefully, humbly, simply, daringly, perseveringly . . .
Hopefully,
God’s power is greater than anything occurring . . .
Humbly and simply:
Just sit in stillness before Divine Mystery.
Daringly, Perseveringly
we recognize that no one person can solve
or resolve complex situations.
However, humility and solidarity in faith and hope
will contribute toward some resolution.
Our ongoing conversion
is part of the effect of our prayer.
