Feast of the Holy Cross:

To know Jesus Christ and him crucified”

and to know in ultimate consolation

that he took all human suffering to himself

on that Cross in utter solidarity.

Contemplate an image of Christ on the Cross.

Perhaps contemplate others on their crosses.

And then

know Christ resurrected!
