The Saints — models and intercessors
Saint Zoe,
Patron of Mothers, Wives, Fire, Dogs,
pray for mothers who need patience,
energy, wisdom, compassion;
pray for wives who need an open heart,
a spirit of compromise and assertiveness ;
and a balance of independence
and interdependence;
pray for firefighters who need strength,
courage, perseverance, prudence,
and a balance of work and rest;
pray for people with dogs and
other domestic pets
who need tolerance, diligence,
and a balance of realism and gratitude.
Indeed, pray for us all
who need insight and perseverance
in all of our roles.
Amen.
