by lifting your mind and heart to God

at key moments.

Give morning Praise to the Creator of All that is.

Give mid-day Petition to Jesus

who invited us to knock, seek, and find.

Give afternoon Thanks to the Holy Spirit

guiding us to the good, true, and beautiful.

Give evening Adoration to the God of Mystery,

transcendent, so beyond us,

yet immanent, dwelling within us.

Amen.
