Praying is a way of knowing . . .

Science is a way of knowing.

Math is a way of knowing.

Poetry is a way of knowing.

Dance is a way of knowing.

Praying is a way of knowing.

Holy Spirit, pray within me

for whatever I need.

Holy Spirit, teach me to pray in ways

that will bring me ever closer to you.

Holy Spirit, lead me to silence

as a way of knowing you

more intimately.

Amen.
